We built a skid and mounted a Parker low-pressure steam boiler, feedwater tank and feed pumps, blowdown tank, water softener, chemical feed tank and chemical feed pump in our shop prior to delivering the unit to downtown Los Angeles where it was crane-lifted onto our client’s building rooftop.
Porter Boiler Service performed a burner retrofit at an Inland Empire Medical facility on two (2) 10,000,000 btu/hr. Superior steam boilers. The facility has noticed significant energy cost savings. We also replaced two underground gas lines at a Los Angeles 5-Star Hotel using yellow polyethylene material and shall install a new earthquake gas shut-off valve required by the Building Department inspector to replace the existing non-approved valve. Porter Boiler Service replaced one (1) large hot water boiler with two (2) smaller SCAQMD-Certified units at a westside luxury office building.
