An old single wall tank heat exchanger was scrapped disposed of at a recycling center and replaced with a new double-wall u-tube heat exchanger. The demolition and installation was coordinated with facility staff and was performed on schedule.
The new heat exchanger will contribute to provide proper amount of domestic water as required or needed.

Porter Boiler Service also installed a low-pressure Parker steam boiler system at a new distillery plant in Pasadena. The new distillery will produce rye whiskey and california silver rum using a hand-crafted copper kettle specifically fabricated in Portugal for the distillery.

Porter Boiler Service is in the middle of repairing an old Kewanee which “mud box” got heavily damaged by corrosion. We have patch-repaired the damaged areas to put our client’s steam boiler back in service as quickly as possible.
